How ordering works
- Set your delivery neighborhood (Bole, Kirkos, Arada, and more).
- Search restaurants or dishes — injera, kitfo, pizza, coffee.
- Customize items, then review ETB totals on the cart.
- Pay with cash on delivery, Telebirr, Chapa, DeboPay, or card when enabled.
- Track status from confirmed to delivered.
Common questions
Which currency is used? All prices are in ETB.
Phone numbers? Use Ethiopian numbers (+251).
Missing item or wrong order? Open a support ticket with your order number.
Late delivery? Track the order, then contact support if it is delayed.
